Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Clipeo uses to connect creators and brands, how it is shared, and the choices available to you.
1. Who is responsible
Yuriy Chernin, United States, operates Clipeo and is responsible for the personal information processed to provide the Platform. Where applicable data-protection law uses that term, the operator is the data controller. Contact: yuriychernin@gmail.com.
This policy covers Clipeo’s website and related applications. It does not govern a brand’s or creator’s independent use of information for a direct collaboration, or an external website, social network or payment service you choose to use. Those parties are responsible for their own processing and notices.
2. Information we handle
- Account information: sign-in email, user identifier, account role and status, authentication information and account settings. Password authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.
- Profiles and portfolios: names, company names, images, biography, location or region, topics, social links, creator types, portfolio media, package descriptions, proposed pricing and onboarding or review information you provide.
- Collaboration activity: campaign listings, applications, saves, package requests or order records, messages, attachments, read status and timestamps.
- Safety and legal records: reports, blocks, relevant review information, and legal acceptance records where a product flow collects them.
- Technical information: information needed to deliver and protect the service, including network, browser or device information, authentication sessions, logs, and browser storage. Optional advertising data is described below.
- Support communications: your contact details and the information you include when asking for help or exercising a right.
Clipeo currently does not collect or process creator-brand payments. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identifiers or sensitive personal information in ordinary messages or support emails unless a specific lawful process requests the minimum needed.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to register and authenticate accounts, provide profiles and collaboration tools, save progress, deliver messages, support users, prevent abuse, investigate reports, maintain service security and meet legal obligations.
Where a law requires a legal basis, account and requested service processing relies on performance of our agreement with you; security, abuse prevention and handling enquiries rely on legitimate interests in a safe and functioning service, balanced against your rights; legally required records or disclosures rely on legal obligations. Optional advertising measurement relies on your consent. You may withdraw that consent without affecting processing already lawfully carried out. Providing required account information is necessary to create and use an account; optional profile fields and optional advertising consent are your choice.
4. Visibility and recipients
Information you choose for a profile, portfolio, package or listing can be shown to marketplace participants according to the feature and account state. Do not post information there that you intend to keep private. We process collaboration and message information to deliver conversations and the tools you request. Intended recipients include the participants you communicate with, people handling support or safety matters, and the service providers supporting those functions. Blocking does not automatically remove earlier messages or erase copies another participant already has.
We use service providers for authentication, database and media storage, web delivery and support communications. Current Platform infrastructure includes Supabase and Vercel. Pages that load Google-hosted fonts also send the technical information needed to retrieve those fonts to Google. Meta receives advertising signals only when you accept the website advertising choice described below.
Information may be disclosed when required by a valid legal process or reasonably necessary to protect rights, address unlawful activity or prevent harm, subject to applicable law. Independent participants may retain information you shared with them under their own legal responsibilities.
5. International processing
The operator is in the United States. Our infrastructure providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate; protections can differ from those in your country. Where applicable law requires a safeguard for an international transfer, the applicable transfer mechanism must provide the required protection. Contact our privacy address for information about the providers, processing locations and safeguards applicable to your data. This policy does not claim that every recipient or transfer is covered by an adequacy decision.
6. Storage, cookies and advertising choices
The website and applications use authentication sessions and browser or device storage for sign-in, service settings and operating the features you request. Optional Meta advertising measurement has a separate choice and is not a condition of registration or using the core service.
Use Cookie settings on the website or this page to accept, reject or change the advertising choice. Browser settings can also control cookies and stored data; blocking essential storage may affect sign-in or other requested functions. Advertising choice and deduplication periods are specified in the next section.
7. Advertising measurement on our website
Advertising disclosure added 28 September 2026. If you accept advertising cookies, our website loads Meta Pixel, provided by Meta, to measure page visits, the first submission of a completed creator application for review, and successfully saved brand enquiries. These signals help us measure and improve advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
Meta receives technical information such as your IP address, browser/device information, page URL, and advertising cookie or click identifiers. Our event parameters describe the action and account type; they do not include your email, name, application text or uploaded files. We do not enable automatic advanced matching in our website code.
You can accept or reject advertising cookies, and reopen Cookie settings on the website or this page at any time to change your choice. Rejecting does not prevent registration or form submission. We do not load Meta Pixel before acceptance or replay conversions that happened before acceptance. Withdrawing consent stops further events and removes accessible Meta cookies on this website; it does not erase data already received by Meta.
We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. After acceptance we also keep a local record for up to 180 days to avoid counting the same creator application twice. Meta cookies may include _fbp and _fbc. See Meta's Privacy Policy and Meta's Cookies Policy for Meta's handling and retention of that information. This describes website advertising measurement; mobile-app tracking is separate.
8. Retention and deletion
Account, profile and collaboration information is kept while needed to provide the account and requested features. After deletion, restricted information may remain only where needed for a legal obligation, an unresolved report, security or the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim. The retention period is determined by that purpose, the relevant legal requirement or limitation period, and whether keeping the information is still necessary. Backups and provider logs may persist until their normal expiry; account deletion does not promise immediate erasure from every backup or from another participant’s own copies.
Creators can request deletion using Profile → Account & security → Delete account in the authenticated mobile app. Other account or data requests, including requests if you cannot sign in, can be sent to yuriychernin@gmail.com. See Delete account for available controls.
Information removed from live systems is not kept available for ordinary account use. Contact us if you need details about retention for a particular record or request.
9. Your rights and how to request them
You can edit supported profile fields, use account controls and change your advertising choice. Depending on the law applicable to you, you may also have rights to access or receive a copy of information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision about a privacy request. These rights may have lawful exceptions.
Send a request to yuriychernin@gmail.com with your account email and a description of what you need. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity or authority; never send your password. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain a refusal or limitation where required. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection or consumer authority. Where local law provides an advertising opt-out right, rejecting optional advertising cookies stops future website Meta events from that browser; contact us for assistance with other applicable rights.
Where EU or UK data-protection law applies, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests and complain to the supervisory authority, including in your country of residence, work or an alleged infringement. Withdrawing optional consent does not prevent account use.
10. Security and age limit
We use authentication, access controls and operational measures intended to protect information. No internet service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access to yuriychernin@gmail.com.
Clipeo accounts are intended for users who are at least 18 and legally able to enter the Terms. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
11. Updates and contact
This is the current website version. The 3 September 2026 Privacy Policy remains available for earlier app releases and acceptance records.
The date above identifies this policy version. We may update it when data practices or legal requirements change and provide an appropriate notice for a material change. Where a new purpose requires consent, we will request it; an update does not turn an earlier refusal into consent.
Responsible operator: Yuriy Chernin, United States.
